The home is tucked away behind a community of duplexes about 1 mile behind the Kroger on Timberlake Rd. This home is such a cute and cozy setup for your stay! Included in the rent price are all utilities and Wifi. There is a one time cleaning fee of $200 due at the time of booking along with the $1,000 deposit. Each guest must fill out a tenant application on our website and include one month's pay stubs and their ID. The basement and garage for this home are inaccessible to guests, but are accessible to staff members. there is no shared access space for either a guest or staff to enter the opposite part of the home and it would be rare for staff to need access to the basement.
