The small kitchen corner is perfect for light meals, equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and basic utensils. The quiet neighborhood ensures a relaxing experience, yet you’ll be just minutes from restaurants, shops, historic sites, parks, and hospitals. Outdoor spaces include a peaceful backyard and free parking on the property and street. We kindly ask you to bring your own indoor slippers or socks, as we have a no-shoes policy inside the home. Smoking on the property will result in a $300 penalty and dismissal from the rental without a refund. A $250 penalty will be applied if noise level, parties, or other obscene behavior requires a police callout, and you will also be dismissed from the property without a refund. There is a $100 penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Check-in is any time after 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. A late check-out without authorization will lead to a night-rate cost penalty. Parties are fully prohibited. Please do not throw trash, paper towels, or toilet paper in the toilet to avoid clogging. Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account.
