410 Mount Oriole Lane Rental

Our cabin on Mount Oriole Lane in Linden, Virginia is available for long-term rental (1 yr lease minimum).The cabin is relaxing and peaceful. There is a screened porch and multi-level deck off of the living room. There is a fireplace with a wood stove. The one-acre, wooded lot makes it seem like you're living in the trees. The cabin is comfortable, and quiet, yet very close to the main road (Freezeland Rd). It's a cozy, simple place. While renting, you will have access to the community lake, which features a sandy beach and a floating dock. The AT is less than a quarter of a mile from the cabin. There are many wineries in the area, including one that is less than a mile away (with spectacular views!).Please note, the cabin is on Blue Mountain, and AWD/4WD is recommended. We require a background check and credit application. The cabin is dog-friendly, but we will require a pet deposit which will be returned at the end of the lease assuming there is no damage caused by the dog(s).
