To complete this rental application, you must first schdule an appointment with our agent and then be prepared to provide 5 years of residential history as well as contact information for your rental references. You will also be asked to provide documentation of income. Please note that most properties require that the combined documented gross monthly income of all adult applicants be at least three (3) times the monthly rent amount with demonstrated job stability. Additionally each adult applicant must have - Good housing history - No unpaid housing- No unpaid utilities - No evictions within past 5 years - No bankruptcies within past 2 years. Individual owners may have additional requirements for their specific property. A Lease Administration Fee $125 is due at time of lease signing.
