Property Id: 2861358 Good day, I have two spare bedrooms for rent. I live in the master bedroom and would like to utilize the spare bedrooms. Ideally one person could utilize both rooms as a living and office space. The rental would include access to the two rooms, private bathroom, loft, back yard deck, porch and downstairs. Living room is furnished minimally and decorations can be added as you would like. I do have one dog and cat. The cat resides in the upstairs portion mainly in my room. The dog is downstairs and never goes upstairs. I take proper care for both. Unfortunately, I cannot house any more pets. The property is located 5 minutes from Buckroe beach, and about 10 from Hampton University. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. There is street parking up and down the street, with streetlights always on. I do have a security system in house which includes, front and back cameras in the exterior. Coded doorway and break in sensors. I do not have any cameras in the house. You will be provided with your own pin. I am in the Navy and plan on leaving October of 2027. This would be about a one-year lease. Monthly can be discussed. Utilities will be split. Thank you so much for reading.
