Furnished, spacious, bright corner bedroom on the top floor. The room is 135 square feet- 15 feet x 9 feet Full bathroom shared with a grad student living on another floor. He keeps a very regular routine between school and working in the office (not at home) every day, so it will be easy to establish times each of you can access the bathroom without interfering with each other. The neighborhood is quiet, clean, and across the street from George Mason. Shared kitchen, laundry room, and wifi. Five minute drive to Target, Giant, and the Burke VRE train station with free parking. Across the street from a bus stop that goes to the Pentagon. Utilities included No smoking. We have no pets, but you may bring a cat if you like.
