Looking for a housemate (or two) on Mountain Run Lake Rd. Must be neat, employed, and courteous. Must pass background and credit checks. Income but be 3x desired rent. Non-smokers only. Males only. I have pets, so if you’re allergic to cats or dogs, probably not for you.
There are TWO rooms available. Rent is price PER ROOM. Bedroom and hallway bath available upstairs and bedroom and full bath available downstairs. Bedroom downstairs currently serving as my gym, but I can rearrange (pictures show space). Willing to share (REALLY NICE!) treadmill. Share common areas. Extra refrigerator and chest freezer in the basement.
All utilities and Gigabit internet included in rent. Single family house on 1.5 acres with fenced backyard. Plenty of parking. 1/4 mile from public park with Dog Park, Playground for kids, public fishing and non-petroleum powered boating and pickle-ball courts.
Would prefer at least 6 months lease, but willing to discuss options on a case by case basis. Will discuss terms over the phone or in person.
