The lockbox hanging from the door to Apt. 2 will work with your lockbox code. When you leave the building, driving up the hill, you must check in with U.S. Customs and Border Protection on the right. You tell them that you came from down the hill and did not leave the U.S. Generally, they won't ask for ID or a passport because you didn't leave the U.S. If they ask for identification or anything else, you should always cooperate with them. There is a brief application online. Every person 18 and older living at the home must complete an application. Price to move-in is first month's rent, maintenance fee of $695, leasing fee of $500 and portal activation of $50. Depending on the contents of the application, we may have to collect an additional service and property tax fee $100 more than one month’s rent. The pet fees are $20/month per pet rent and $150 one-time per pet fee. Appliances are available for rent at $25/month per appliance.
