This house is a single-family, but with an accessory unit, so there are multiple options for renting a part of the space. Some work is starting on it now, but part of it could be available very soon. 3-4 bedrooms possible. We are considering renting to families or two groups of roommates interested in homesteading and remote country life.The house is an oldFarmhouse at the end of a dead end road, on 58 acres that has Lucas Brooke bisecting it, a tiny little Brook trickles right behind the house and has a covered bridge going over it. There is a large barn, that was recently set up and used for animals and a pond right nearby that was enjoyed by ducks and geese.. There are many homesteading opportunities, with about 5 acres of meadows that can be brought back for use.
