Property Id: 1662654 Our home has a small apartment below it which is rented by a quiet middle aged female grad student. Besides the one bedroom with en-suite bath, there is another guest room with a pull out sofa plus we have a blow up mattress which could be used in the office. We heat with electric but also have a wood stove for additional warmth. We are located in the Mad River Valley within 20 minutes of 3 ski areas and 40 minutes from Stowe. We looking for someone to rent from late December to early April, dates negotiable. Rent includes all utilities, including wood and high speed internet.
