Units 5 and 6 share side by side doors on the right/ east side of the building. Unit 5 is downstairs, and Unit 6 is upstairs. Unit 5 has a large entry closet and a nice new black double sink. These 2 units are similar to 1 and 2 in that the bathroom is at the end of the hall, and the 3 bedrooms are off to the sides of the hallway. These two kitchens have a slightly different layout with an extra countertop. How these are different from 1 and 2 is that the living room is off to the right, facing south, and the deck/walkouts are off of the kitchen instead of the living room. 5 has the small wooden walkout, below the deck of Unit 6. 2 parking placesTenant pays electric and wifi/cable
