Nestled in nature, this cozy home offers the perfect place to relax and unwind. One approved dog is welcome with a $100 pet fee, and a maximum of two cars is permitted. Tucked away on Chelsea Rd, this unique getaway is surrounded by nature, providing a serene environment for relaxation. This property is not suitable for small children, and no unregistered guests or visitors are allowed. Check-in is any time after 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. A late check-out without authorization will incur a night-rate cost penalty. Parties are fully prohibited, and quiet time is from 10 PM to 6 AM. There is a $300 penalty for smoking on the property, and you will be dismissed from your rental without a refund. A $250 penalty applies if noise levels, parties, or other obscene behavior require a police callout, resulting in dismissal from the property without a refund. A $100 penalty will apply if trash is left outside. Do not throw any kind of wipes into the toilet, as this will clog the pipes. On checkout, please turn off the lights, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you. Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your booking account. Furniture covers are required if you bring a dog, and pets must not be left unattended at the property at any time.
