Rental Criteria: Income Requirements*: Rent cannot exceed 35% of your gross household income, and total debt cannot exceed 50% of your income. If using a voucher program, these limits apply to your portion of the rent. Credit Score*: At least one applicant must have a credit score of 600 or higher. Rental History*: A minimum of one year of formal rental history is required. Clear background check Lease Length: All of our rentals are a 1 year lease term unless stated otherwise. *If you do not meet these criteria, you may be asked to provide a cosigner. Cosigners must meet the credit score requirement, clear background check, and have a maximum rent-to-income ratio of 33% and a maximum debt-to-income ratio of 50%.
