(Non-refundable unless denied) -Deposit is $0-up to first month’s rent depending on background and credit check after you apply! -Pet deposit is $400. (A one-time fee per animal) The pet fee is $45. (Monthly fee per animal) If you have an ESA letter, these fees will not apply. 3 animals per household! -Parking. We have free uncovered spots for residents and guests, $30 covered spots for buildings 2,6,7, and $80 underground parking required for buildings 1,3,5. It is one paid parking spot per household. -Media is $99 monthly and it is required. It is internet only and you will need to provide your own router. -Utilities include water, sewer, trash and valet trash. Total averages around $130. Can be more or less depending on the month! -Gas and Power are paid on your own through Rocky Mountain Power and Enbridge Gas.
