Rooms -$500, and $600 (/2 -$350, ) I am looking for someone with the standards of male LDS Young Single adults ages 18-35 (you don't have to be lds, just follow the standards). I am looking for someone with the highest of standards - clean; No swearing; No r - rated movies; no alcohol or drugs; cleans; and with relatively quiet music. Nothing that would reasonably bother other tenants or myself will be tolerated. Any questions or complaints can be made to me and I will take action. With that said, we are all pretty chill people. There are four total spots. There is/are: private rooms $500 a month, an extra large private room for $600 a month + utilities are split.
