Downstairs is all about connection, with a bright living room, fully equipped kitchen, and dining area made for shared meals and conversations. A stairlift is installed on the main staircase to assist guests who may need support accessing the upstairs bedrooms. A full laundry room is available for longer stays. Community amenities include a resort-style pool with loungers, pickleball courts, a game room, cornhole and outdoor ping pong, and walking paths and shared spaces. Parking is available for 2 cars in the driveway and 2 cars in the garage. Overflow parking is available in designated community lots. Zion National Park is approximately 39 miles away. Community amenities are just a short walk away. Daytime construction noise may be present nearby, approximately 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. If the property is pet friendly, pets are allowed at the property at the cost of $10 per pet, per day. Emotional Support animals fall under this requirement as they do not have the same rights as Service Animals under the ADA. If the property is not pet friendly, no animals are permitted at the property. For unauthorized pets, a $250 fee will be assessed. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises. A $200 per day fee will be assessed for each day of the reservation if it is found that guests have been smoking or vaping on the premises. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Guests have full, private access to the entire home during their stay, with no shared spaces. This includes exclusive use of all bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, living areas, a 2-car garage, and a small backyard. The garage space is occasionally accessed by the ownership team for storage purposes. Guests may hear brief activity from the garage area at times. This access is separate from the home, and there is no interior access from the garage to the guest living spaces.
