Upstairs, a secondary living area offers space for kids, games, or quiet downtime, and the upstairs laundry room adds convenience for longer stays. The small backyard is a quaint space to gather but is ideal for stepping outside with a morning coffee or a breath of fresh air. Guests have access to a community pool with shade and loungers, a game room, pickleball courts, cornhole, outdoor ping pong, walking paths and shared spaces. Two cars fit comfortably in the driveway. Overflow parking is located in small community lots at the end of each block. Quail Creek State Park and Sand Hollow State Park for boating, fishing, watersports, and off-road adventure are 13 miles away.
