The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with everything you need, including a coffee maker, slow cooker, and griddle. The master suite boasts a deep soaker tub, luxurious bedding, and thoughtful touches like a hair dryer and curling iron. Dine al fresco on the private deck surrounded by palm trees with views of pools and resort amenities. Free parking is available in front of the building, with overflow options nearby. A washer and dryer are included for longer stays. Pets are welcome with a fee of $50 for 1 dog or $115 for 2 dogs. This fee is required and paid after booking is complete when you register your pet on our digital check-in. Pet fees do not cover any damages or accidents caused by your pets. Las Palmas is a destination in itself with year-round heated pools, water slides, and hot tubs. Guests can enjoy playgrounds, pickleball courts, shuffleboard, giant chess, and walking paths for biking and strolling. The location is perfect for discovering endless outdoor activities close by, such as Zion National Park, Sand Hollow, and Snow Canyon for hiking and exploration. ATV and biking trails are just minutes away, and St. George's city center offers dining and shopping. There is no garage access. This rental home is in a quiet neighborhood, so we ask for your help in respecting the friendly neighbors by not hosting parties of any sort and keeping music and noise quiet after 10pm each night. Smoking, vaping, or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premises of the property. Failure to comply with the pet fee, smoking/drug policy, and unauthorized events or parties could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund, and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done. Guests are required to digitally agree and sign house rules and the rental agreement, which will be emailed once booking is received.
