We are looking for a male housemate to occupy the last vacant private bedroom on the third floor of this cozy town home. The room is about 10x10.5 feet. There are 4 other housemates currently occupying the 3 other rooms, with the homeowner occupying the master bedroom. The room comes with blinds for the two windows and plenty of closet space. There is a full bathroom with a tub/shower just outside the door that is shared with the two housemates in the other room. The home is currently furnished with a newer washer and dryer, 65-inch TV, a few couches, and a full kitchen with various appliances, including a dishwasher, pressure cooker and air fryer combo, small deep fryer, microwave, gas stove top, gas oven, and large fridge with pull-out freezer and ice maker. There is also a small table with some chairs in the kitchen. The housemates are all quiet, clean, and respectful people, and we are looking for the same. There is no application initiation fee or late fees for rent payments. Aside from the rent, each of the occupants of the home evenly divide up the monthly utility bills. Lastly, the home is part of an HOA that features a clubhouse with a small gym and pool.
