The basement has a common area you may furnish and utilize fully. The basement also has its own full bathroom containing the laundry appliances for the home. I have a guest bedroom in the basement that will not be available for use. Rent is all-inclusive. Lease is month-to-month. Security deposit is fully refundable. Application fee is purely to cover the cost of a tenant background check. Some characteristics I'd like to see in a tenant: - No smoking whatsoever - No pets - Have a positive renting history - Gainfully employed or a student Some details about the house: - Basement has newly cleaned carpet with an empty living room (you are welcome to bring couch/TV/furniture for this room). There is no furniture in the basement (the photos are prior to the last occupants moving out). - Basement has a full bath. Washer and dryer are in the bathroom in the basement so I will occasionally be down there to use those. - No separate entrance but kitchen door leads straight down into basement so easy to come and go as you please. - Basement ceiling has low sections that may be a problem for those over 6 feet tall. The stairwell is also tight so large pieces of furniture will need to be disassembled to get down the stairwell. I will provide measurements before move-in. - There's an underground storage room if you'd like to store some things in there. Also same space available in the garage. - Street parking only. - Appliances are in good condition. - Central heating and air. - Kitchen is well furnished. You're welcome to share the kitchen supplies that are there. - Pretty front yard and newly landscaped backyard. - Internet is very good Google Fiber. Consistent 100+mbps anywhere in the house with no disconnects. - The area is nice and the neighbors are friendly. South salt lake is going through a huge economic development so the area will be getting better and better. - Quick access to the highway for commuting on I-80 or I-15.
