Wasatch View Apartments is a gorgeous, brand-new community available in South Ogden. These units were constructed the end of 2023 and are available now! This stunning complex features three floors of one and two bedroom units. Units feature high-end interior finishes such as stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, high-quality LVP flooring, upgraded windows and high quality carpet in the bedrooms. Incredible 1 gbps internet available from day 1 using Fastel's top notch Fiber connection. Your wireless internet connection is available the first day you move-in. The complex features 38 units ready for move-in. Total Additional Fees per month / per unit are $244 per month which includes: Sewer, Water, Trash, Gas, Trash Valet Service, 1 GB Internet with private router, one reserved, covered parking space, monthly positive credit reporting, access to 24/7 maintenance needs, Landscaping Service, Snow Removal Service. The only utility residents put in their name is electricity, which is currently averaging between $25 - $55 per month / per unit. Pets are allowed for $45 / month and $400 additional deposit. Security Deposit is $300. With an approved application, paid deposit and signed lease we can reserve a unit for up to 45 days upon approval.
