Basement has a separate entrance that is covered to minimize any weather on the stairway. The upstairs is lived in by myself, my spouse, and our 2 dogs so we are able to quickly accommodate any questions or needs. 5 minute drive to UTA Traxx. Grocery store located only a 2 minute drive away.Up to two cats allowed.Utilities are split 50/50 based on usage. $600 deposit due at the time of signing the contract (this is per bedroom).
