Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and a fee of $15 per hour. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a $50 fee per hour. Moving furniture is not allowed, and a $500 fee will be assessed if the cleaners have to reset the property. Outdoor security cameras may be in use and are disclosed on the listing.
