The fully equipped kitchen boasts updated appliances, and there is an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience. Entertainment is provided by a Smart TV. Access to the yard and a private patio is available for relaxing or hosting small gatherings. Approved pets are welcome with a pet fee that can be found in the listing, and ADA-recognized Service Animals stay for free. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, with a $25 fee per instance of uncollected waste outdoors. Guests are also responsible for professional cleaning costs for indoor "accidents" and the full cost of any property damage caused by pets. An initial supply of paper goods, soaps, sponges, and detergents is provided; additional supplies are the guest's responsibility. Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited on the property, and any violation will result in a $200 per day fine. Unauthorized late check-outs will be charged a fee. Guests agree to the cancellation policy detailed on the listing by booking. Lost items can be shipped back for a $20 service fee plus shipping costs. Guests must report any pre-existing damage or cleanliness issues within 4 hours of check-in. Mail and packages should be coordinated with guest services before shipping.
