No Smoking or Vaping on the Property TENANT MONTHLY RECURRING CHARGES: * Advertised Rent; plus * All Utilities (utilities vary by property and tenant usage); plus * Resident Benefits Package (RBP) $30 * A Community Fee of $75 which includes landscaping maintenance. Residents are required to maintain a $100K Tenant Liability Insurance (PDLW) for accidental damage arising from fire, smoke, explosion, water discharge or sewer backup caused by negligent acts or omissions. Personal renter's insurance is recommended but not required. Tenants will be charged $14.50 per month if they do not have the PDLW with their renter’s insurance.
