Dogs and Cats Allowed

Pets Welcome Upon Approval. Breed restrictions apply. For dogs, we do not allow pets under the age of 6 months. Limit of 2 pets per home. Maximum adult weight is 70 pounds. Pet deposit is $300 per pet. Non-refundable pet fee is $300 per apartment. Monthly pet rent of $40 will be charged for pets up to 50 pounds. Monthly pet rent of $60 will be charged for pets 51-70 pounds. All pets must be up to date with vaccinations and be spayed or neutered.
