Welcome to a beautiful apartment experience in the highly coveted Sugarhouse area. This modern and highly designed space is located across the street from Trader Joe's and right near the highway, allowing quick access to the canyons. Be at any ski resort in just 35 minutes and enjoy the convenient shopping, dining, and cafes that Sugarhouse has to offer. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. You must be 25 years or older to book the apartment, and children must always be under the supervision of an adult. Smoking or vaping anywhere in the apartment or on complex property is prohibited, with a minimum fine of $500 per occurrence. Pets are not allowed unless explicitly agreed upon, with a minimum $200 fine. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am. Guests that do not check-out on time may be charged $50 in hourly increments. Early check-in or late check-out, if granted, incurs a fee of $30. Lost key fob incurs a $150 fee, and lost parking pass is $250. Replacing linens or towels due to damage incurs a minimum fee of $30. Damage due to bodily waste has a $100 minimum additional cleaning charge. You are welcome to entertain up to 2 guests, but no parties are allowed. Unapproved parties incur a minimum fine of $1000, and unregistered overnight guests incur a $100 fine per person. Resident amenities may be unavailable due to maintenance or other reasons, and guests are not entitled to refunds or discounts based on availability. The apartment management may enter the property for urgent maintenance or safety issues, otherwise permission will be sought before entering. Do not contact the apartment complex management directly for any reason.
