Floors and carpets are kept super clean, so please remove your shoes. Be mindful when eating in the living room or bedroom to keep the property pest-free. Entertaining guests is welcome, but parties are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. The complex is non-smoking, and no pets are allowed.
