There is a minimum fine of $500 per occurrence for smoking or vaping anywhere in the apartment or on complex property, and a minimum $200 fine for having pets unless explicitly agreed upon. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am, with a $50 charge for late check-out in hourly increments. Lost key fob incurs a $150 fee, and lost parking pass is $250. Damage due to bodily waste has a $100 minimum additional cleaning charge. No parties are allowed, with a minimum fine of $1000 for unapproved parties. All overnight guests must be included in the booking, with a $100 fine per person for unregistered guests. The apartment includes a laptop-friendly workspace with an office desk and chair, and hi-speed Wi-Fi to support your remote work needs.
