The bed is a king-size bed with a super-comfortable memory gel mattress, plus several different styles of pillows to satisfy any sleeper. There is a large TV in the living room and a small TV in the bedroom, and both have multiple streaming services installed and ready for you to log into. The sofa in the living room folds out into a queen bed and has an upgraded mattress. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you'll need to cook full meals while you're here. The condo complex is packed with amenities to make your stay memorable, including an indoor movie theater on site that screens free movies from time to time, and the whole theater can be reserved if you want to host a private screening. There is a large rooftop patio that has great ambient lighting and lounge chairs, a huge hot tub that is open year-round, along with an outdoor fireplace and beautiful views of the city skyline and the Rocky Mountains. There is a large common area where the HOA often hosts free dinners and fun events for anyone staying in the building. The gym is open 24 hours and is well stocked with free weights, cable machines, and cardio equipment. Parking is free and is in a secure ground-level parking garage. One parking space is free, but let us know ahead of time if you need a second space and we'll reserve one for you, upon availability. We can provide one travel crib (pack n' play), one baby high-chair, one self-inflating deluxe twin bed kit, and one baby stroller free of charge on request. Additional cribs, high-chairs, or beds can be provided, but may incur an additional cost. Last-minute requests are not guaranteed. With countless restaurants, shops, and attractions within an easy walking distance, this centrally located condo is in downtown.
