This home is stocked with high-end furniture and furnishings. Bed #1 has a king-size bed, bed #2 has a queen bed, both with super-comfortable memory gel mattresses. The deluxe foldout sofa bed in the living room is designed for comfort. Several different styles of pillows are provided. There is a large TV in the living room and small TVs in the bedrooms, each with multiple streaming services installed. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you'll need to cook full meals. The condo complex itself is packed with amenities to make your stay memorable: There is an indoor movie theater on site that screens free movies from time to time, and the whole theater can be reserved if you want to host a private screening. There is a large rooftop patio that has great ambient lighting and lounge chairs. It has a huge hot tub that is open year-round, along with an outdoor fireplace and beautiful views of the city skyline and the Rocky Mountains. There is a large common area where the HOA often hosts free dinners and fun events for anyone staying in the building. The gym is open 24 hours and is well stocked with free weights, cable machines, and cardio equipment. Parking is free and is in a secure ground-level parking garage. One parking space is free, but a second space can be reserved upon availability. A travel crib (pack n' play), a baby high-chair, a self-inflating deluxe twin bed kit, and a baby stroller can be provided free of charge on request. Additional cribs, high-chairs, or beds can be provided, but each may incur an additional cost. Last-minute requests are not guaranteed. This apartment is located in an extremely walkable area of town with lots of restaurants and shopping experiences within a few minutes. There is a light rail stop as well as several bus stops within a block of the condo. Dogs are welcome, but no cats are allowed, and any other type of animal needs to be approved ahead of time. [SI]
