A dedicated workstation is available for remote work or quiet reading. Parking is available in a private driveway with covered parking. If animals defecate or urinate on the floors, the guest will be responsible for payment for professional carpet cleaning services. Unauthorized pets will incur a $250 fee. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. A $50 unauthorized late check-out fee will be assessed for each hour past the indicated check-out time. A $500 fee will be assessed if the cleaners have to move furniture to reset the property for the next guest. A $30 fee, per bin, will be assessed for unbagged garbage found in the bins.
