No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere in the apartment or on complex property, with a minimum fine of $500 per occurrence. No pets are allowed unless explicitly agreed upon, with a minimum $200 fine. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is 10 am. Guests that do not check-out on time may be charged $50 in hourly increments. You can apply for early check-in or late check-out for a $30 fee.
