No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere in the apartment or on complex property, with a minimum fine of $500 per occurrence. No pets are allowed unless explicitly agreed upon, with a minimum $200 fine. Check-in time is 4 pm, and check-out time is 10 am. Guests that do not check out on time may be charged $50 in hourly increments. You are welcome to entertain up to 2 guests, but no parties are allowed. If you have an unapproved party, there is a minimum fine of $1000. All overnight guests must be included in the booking, with a $100 fine per person for any unregistered guest staying overnight. Resident amenities such as the pool, gym, and common areas may be unavailable due to maintenance or other reasons at the discretion of apartment management. The apartment management may enter the property for urgent maintenance or safety issues. The apartment is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, making it remote work-friendly.
