Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. You must be 25 years or older to book the apartment, and children are welcome but must always be under adult supervision. There is a no-smoking or vaping policy anywhere in the apartment or on complex property, with a minimum fine of $500 per occurrence. No pets are allowed unless explicitly agreed upon, with a minimum $200 fine. Check-in time is 4 pm, and check-out time is 10 am. Guests that do not check out on time may be charged $50 in hourly increments. You are welcome to entertain up to 2 guests, but no parties are allowed. If you have an unapproved party, there is a minimum fine of $1000. All overnight guests must be included in the booking, with a $100 fine per person for unregistered guests. Resident amenities such as the pool, gym, and common areas may be unavailable due to maintenance or other reasons at the discretion of apartment management.
