It's just 15 minutes from Salt Lake City International Airport, and within a short drive to the Salt Palace Convention Center, Temple Square, City Creek Mall, and all the ski resorts in Salt Lake City and Park City. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Smoking or vaping anywhere in the apartment or on complex property is prohibited, with a minimum fine of $500 per occurrence. Pets are not allowed unless explicitly agreed upon, with a minimum $200 fine. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is 10 am. Guests that do not check-out on time may be charged $50 in hourly increments. Lost key fob incurs a $150 fee and a lost parking pass is $250. Damage due to bodily waste has a $100 minimum additional cleaning charge. Unapproved parties incur a minimum fine of $1000, and any unregistered overnight guests will result in a $100 fine per person. The primary bedroom includes a laptop-friendly workspace. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment, ensuring a seamless work-from-home experience. A laptop computer is not included.
