Guests that do not check-out on time may be charged $50 in hourly increments. You are welcome to entertain up to 2 guests, but no parties are allowed. If you have an unapproved party, there is a minimum fine of $1000. All overnight guests must be included in the booking, with a $100 fine per person for any unregistered guests staying overnight. Resident amenities such as the pool, gym, and common areas may be unavailable due to maintenance or other reasons at the discretion of apartment management. The apartment is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, making it remote work-friendly. A laptop computer is not included.
