It is less than 40 minutes to all the ski resorts in SLC and Park City, and less than 5 minutes to Temple Square and City Creek Mall. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests must be 25 years or older to book the apartment, and children must always be under adult supervision. No smoking or vaping is allowed in the apartment or on complex property, with a minimum fine of $500 per occurrence. No pets are allowed unless explicitly agreed upon, with a minimum $200 fine. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am, with a $50 charge for late check-out in hourly increments. Lost key fob is $150, lost parking pass is $250, and damage to linens or towels incurs a minimum fee of $30. Damage due to bodily waste has a $100 minimum additional cleaning charge. Entertaining up to 2 guests is allowed, but no parties are permitted, with a minimum fine of $1000 for unapproved parties. All overnight guests must be included in the booking, with a $100 fine per unregistered guest. Resident amenities may be unavailable due to maintenance or other reasons, and guests are not entitled to refunds based on availability.
