Early check-in is guaranteed by 1pm and late check-out is at 12:30pm for a $30 fee. Housekeeping is available during your stay with options for daily, weekly, bi-monthly, and monthly cleanings. Concierge services are also available for shopping, errands, and more. Located just 1 mile from the Salt Palace Convention Center and the Delta Center, and 8 miles from the SLC International Airport, this apartment offers easy access to all the best that SLC has to offer. Less than 40 minutes to all the ski resorts in SLC and Park City, and less than 5 minutes to Temple Square and City Creek Mall. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. You must be 25 years or older to book the apartment, and children must always be under the supervision of an adult. There is a minimum fine of $500 for smoking or vaping anywhere in the apartment or on complex property. No pets are allowed unless explicitly agreed upon, with a minimum $200 fine. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am, with a $50 charge for late check-out in hourly increments. Lost key fob is $150 and lost parking pass is $250. Damage due to bodily waste has a $100 minimum additional cleaning charge. No parties are allowed, with a minimum fine of $1000 for unapproved parties. All overnight guests must be included in the booking, with a $100 fine per person for unregistered guests. Resident amenities may be unavailable due to maintenance or other reasons, and guests are not entitled to refunds or discounts based on availability. The apartment includes co-working spaces and high-speed Wi-Fi, making it ideal for remote work. A laptop computer is not included.
