You must be 25 years or older to book the apartment, and children must always be under the supervision of an adult. There is a minimum fine of $500 for smoking or vaping anywhere in the apartment or on complex property. No pets are allowed unless explicitly agreed upon, with a minimum $200 fine. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am, with a $50 charge for late check-out in hourly increments. Lost key fob is $150 and lost parking pass is $250. Damage due to bodily waste has a $100 minimum additional cleaning charge. No parties are allowed, with a minimum fine of $1000 for unapproved parties. All overnight guests must be included in the booking, with a $100 fine per person for unregistered guests. Resident amenities may be unavailable due to maintenance or other reasons, and guests are not entitled to refunds or discounts based on availability.
