The apartment is near a train track, so there is some occasional noise. Smoking or vaping anywhere in the apartment or on complex property is prohibited, with a minimum fine of $500 per occurrence. Pets are not allowed unless explicitly agreed upon, with a minimum $200 fine. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am, with a $50 charge for late check-out in hourly increments. Entertaining up to 2 guests is allowed, but no parties are permitted, with a minimum fine of $1000 for unapproved parties. All overnight guests must be included in the booking, with a $100 fine per unregistered guest. Resident amenities may be unavailable due to maintenance or other reasons, and guests are not entitled to refunds based on availability.
