If animals defecate or urinate on the floors, the guest will be responsible for payment for professional carpet cleaning services. For unauthorized pets, a $250 fee will be assessed. The basement has lower ceilings, so taller guests should mind their heads. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises, with a $200 per day fee assessed for violations. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Please lock and close all windows and doors upon leaving to avoid wildlife or bug encounters. The dedicated office includes a full bed and desk, ideal for productivity. A laptop computer is not included.
