Exclusive 7th floor apartment, steps from the Salt Palace Convention Center, City Creek Mall, and Temple Square in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City. This beautiful apartment home normally houses corporate executives and is rarely available to the public. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. You must be 25 years or older to book the apartment. Children are welcome and must always be under the supervision of an adult. No smoking or vaping anywhere in the apartment or on complex property and no illegal substances or activity on the premises. There is a minimum fine of $500 per occurrence. No pets unless explicitly agreed upon with a minimum $200 fine. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is 10 am. Guests that do not check out on time may be charged $50 in hourly increments. Early check-in or late check-out, if granted, has a fee of $30. Lost key fob and lost parking access card each have a fee of $150. Replacing linens or towels due to damage has a minimum fee of $30. Damage due to bodily waste has a $100 minimum additional cleaning charge. You are welcome to entertain up to 2 guests per apartment, but no parties are allowed. If you have an unapproved party, there is a minimum fine of $1000 and you agree to pay any additional fines associated with the party. All overnight guests must be included in the booking. Overnight guests not included in the booking are subject to additional nightly fees of $50 per guest. More than 4 guests staying overnight in the apartment is subject to a $100 fine per person. The gym may be unavailable due to maintenance or other reasons at the sole discretion of apartment management. The apartment management may enter the property in cases where it is urgently necessary to maintain or repair the property, address a safety issue, or comply with local, state, or federal law. Otherwise, permission will be sought and received from the guest before entering.
