Shared private home with 4 total male roommates. All roommates share utilities costs. Great location in Taylorsville close to SLCC Redwood Campus and I-215 access. Quiet, safe neighborhood near elementary school and middle school. One roommate does have a friendly, well-behaved and trained dog. No other pets are allowed without agreement from landlord and other roommates.
Ideal roommate is easy-going and friendly, willing to share living space and get along with other roommates. Must be responsible and pay rent and utilities on time. Must clean up after themselves and maintain a clean living environment comfortable for all roommates, as well as help with general care of the home and yard. Must respect the property and the neighbors and adhere to noise curfews in the neighborhood.

The interview process will include meeting all roommates. Current roommates are aged 26-40.
One room is available August 1st.
$600 deposit due at lease signing/acceptance, and first month's rent ($600) due at move-in.

Deposit Details: $200 cleaning deposit is non-refundable. $400 deposit is refundable at move-out, assuming there is no damage or excessive wear-and-tear. An additional $400 deposit is required per pet.

Pet Policy: There is one medium-sized dog (approx 30 lbs) already in the home. Other pets are only allowed on a case-by-case basis with explicit permission from the landlord and agreement from all other roommates. An additional pet deposit would be required at time of lease signing.
