Property Id: 2624014 This house is conveniently located in Millcreek, about 1 mile from downtown Sugar House. It is a very bikeable neighborhood with excellent freeway access. We are looking to add housemates on the edge of Millcreek/sugar house, right next to the Granite Bakery. We have a nice shady yard with a garden and all the pears you can eat. The landlord covers the gas and water, and we try to keep the place nice. We take care of the yard. You will need to meet us, and then the landlord to work things out. There are 2 room options available. The basement rooms, which have a shorter ceiling are 2 adjoining bedrooms opening to a living space with a double bathroom downstairs. The rooms each have a closet and you have a lot of privacy. The downstairs rooms are going for $900 and while they would work great as a study/bedroom combination it would not be ideal for multiple people to share unless they were a couple. The upstairs bedroom has a tall ceiling and opens up to a single bathroom and the kitchen & upstairs living area. This room is going for $700. The whole house other than your room is shared space. Parking is on the street or in the straight driveway(order of parking can be tricky for large vehicles). Take a look at the pictures to get an idea. Must be clean and respectful.
