You must be 25 years or older to book the apartment, and children must always be under the supervision of an adult. There is a minimum age requirement of 25 years for this location. No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere in the apartment or on complex property, with a minimum fine of $500 per occurrence. No pets are allowed unless explicitly agreed upon, with a minimum $200 fine. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am, with a $50 charge for late check-out in hourly increments. Lost key fob is $150 and lost parking pass is $250. Damage due to bodily waste has a $100 minimum additional cleaning charge. You are welcome to entertain up to 2 guests, but no parties are allowed, with a minimum fine of $1000 for unapproved parties. All overnight guests must be included in the booking, with a $100 fine per unregistered guest.
