Concierge services are also available for shopping, errands, and more. Located across the street from the Salt Palace Convention Center, this apartment is 8 miles from the SLC International Airport and just one block from the Delta Center. It's less than 40 minutes to all the ski resorts in SLC and Park City, and less than 5 minutes to Temple Square and City Creek Mall. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. You must be 25 years or older to book the apartment, and children must always be under the supervision of an adult. There is a minimum fine of $500 per occurrence for smoking or vaping anywhere in the apartment or on complex property, and a minimum $200 fine for having pets unless explicitly agreed upon. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am, with a $50 charge in hourly increments for late check-out. Lost key fob incurs a $150 fee, and lost parking pass is $250. Damage due to bodily waste has a $100 minimum additional cleaning charge. No parties are allowed, and an unapproved party incurs a minimum fine of $1000. All overnight guests must be included in the booking, with a $100 fine per person for unregistered guests.
