Housekeeping services are available during your stay with options for daily, weekly, bi-monthly, and monthly cleanings. Extra concierge services such as shopping, errands, and dry-cleaning drop-off are also available. The apartment is conveniently located across the street from the Salt Palace Convention Center, 8 miles from the SLC International Airport, and just one block from the Delta Center. It is less than 40 minutes to all the ski resorts in SLC and Park City, and less than 5 minutes to Temple Square and City Creek Mall. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests must be 25 years or older to book the apartment, and children must always be under adult supervision. There is a no-smoking or vaping policy in the apartment or on complex property, with a minimum fine of $500 per occurrence. Pets are not allowed unless explicitly agreed upon, with a minimum $200 fine. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am, with a $50 charge for late check-out in hourly increments. Lost key fob incurs a $150 fee, and lost parking pass is $250. Damage due to bodily waste has a $100 minimum additional cleaning charge. No parties are allowed, with a minimum fine of $1000 for unapproved parties. All overnight guests must be included in the booking, with a $100 fine per unregistered guest staying overnight. Resident amenities may be unavailable due to maintenance or other reasons, and guests are not entitled to refunds based on availability.
