If animals defecate or urinate on the floors, the guest will be responsible for payment for professional carpet cleaning services. For unauthorized pets, a $250 fee will be assessed. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. A $50 unauthorized late check-out fee will be assessed for each hour past the indicated check-out time.
