Full amenities include central air (replaced in 2024), dishwasher, gas range, washer and dryer (not just hookups). All of the appliances are quite new. Very safe and friendly neighborhood for street parking as well as off street parking for 2 cars. There are no yard care requirements for the tenants, but feel free to use the yard to relax or play. Tenants pay their own utilities, which this last year has shown to be an average of about $150-$170 per month for everything depending on how utilities are used. Windows are very large in every room and are new. The natural light in the home is incredible. The furnace, A/C, 50 gallon water heater, and water softeners are new. Everything works well. Plumbing and electrical have been updated recently. Roof and insulation are also new and updated. The apartment has been remodeled with quartz countertops, luxury vinyl in the kitchen, refinished real hard wood floors, and tile in the bathroom floor/shower. Available 8/1/25 and can be seen by appointment. Please respect the privacy of our current tenants. Fiber Internet installed and tenant cost would be $45 per month. The owner lives close and maintains the yard and is typically very quick to assist to tenants' needs like being locked out or such if needed.
