Hi there! I am an assistant professor traveling for work and need to rent my home for academic year 2025-2026. My fully furnished 3-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house is available for rent from July 1, 2025 through summer 2026. 6 month stay is possible as well. The house is 1500 square feet total, with a main ground floor and a basement floor. Each floor can function as a separated off unit with its own entrance, kitchen, and bathroom. If you’d like to just rent one of the floors and not the whole house, I can adjust the price. The main floor includes the master bedroom, master bathroom, a kitchen with all appliances (including dishwasher), living room, and an additional .5 bathroom. The basement includes two bedrooms, living room, bathroom, and its own kitchen. There is an uncovered driveway which can fit two cars. There is also a spacious two-level back deck with sunset view! Washer/dryer in house. You may store bikes, skis, and any other items in a spacious shed. The house is a 5-minute walk to Westminster College and a 7-minute drive to the University of Utah grounds. It is also directly across from Bus 213 which goes to U of U. Close access to I-80. Near ample hiking and skiing. The house is walking distance from the shops and restaurants at 15th and 15th, and a 4-minute drive to Sugar House shopping/dining. 12-minute drive to downtown SLC. If you want inspiration and rejuvenation, gorgeous mountains are a a very short drive away!
